Morningside College faculty members present at national conference

Five Morningside College faculty members were presenters at the national conference of The Collaboration for the Advancement of College Teaching & Learning that took place recently in Minneapolis, Minn.

They talked about the success Morningside College has had in taking an interdisciplinary approach to faculty development.

The presenters were Jessica de Vega, assistant professor of religious studies; Sharlene Georgesen, assistant professor of nursing education; John Kolbo, instructor of art; Pam Mickelson, professor of business administration; and Dean Stevens, associate professor of mathematical sciences.

The Collaboration for the Advancement of College Teaching & Learning is an alliance that supports and promotes outstanding college teaching and learning.
