Students from Morningside College’s Mime Team will present the good news about Jesus Christ in pantomime and music on Friday, March 16, at 7 p.m. in Wesley United Methodist Church, 3700 Indian Hills Drive.
The free event is sponsored by Morningside’s office of Campus Ministry and the Academic and Cultural Arts Series (ACAS) and is open to the public.
The presentation will consist of a re-telling of the gospel story about the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ through pantomime. The Mime Team is one of several outreach ministry groups at Morningside College. Kathy Olson, Morningside’s campus pastor, is coordinating the event.
The Mime Team will also perform on Sunday, March 18, during the 10:10 a.m. services at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 531 West. Main St., in Cherokee, Iowa.
