Morningside College international students will present information about their countries, cultures, and traditions when they present “Global Awareness at Morningside College” at 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday, April 11, in the UPS Auditorium of the Lincoln Center, 3627 Peters Avenue.
The public is invited to the free event, which is sponsored by Morningside’s Academic and Cultural Arts Series (ACAS).
The event will feature a power point presentation followed by a question and answer session. Members of Morningside’s International Students Association will present the program, which will focus on Germany, Japan, Mexico, Northern Ireland, and Taiwan.
Dr. Lillian López, director of the Office of International Student Services and associate professor of history and political science at Morningside, is the organizer of the event.
