Nikki De Vries and Matthew Ellis, both seniors at Morningside College, will hold a joint art exhibition Tuesday, March 13, through Sunday, March 18, in Eppley Art Gallery, 3625 Garretson Avenue. An artists’ reception will be held on Saturday, March 17, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the gallery. The exhibit and reception are free and open to the public.
 
“Reflections” by De Vries will feature graphic design, illustrations, and photography.
“The View Through My Eyes” by Ellis will feature photography, including photojournalism and portraiture.
Ellis was recognized by the National Press Photographers Association for a July 2006 photo taken while on assignment as an intern for the Anchorage Daily News in Alaska.
Eppley Art Gallery hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
