Morningside College faculty members will have their recent artwork on display Tuesday, Feb. 3, through Friday, Feb. 27, in Eppley Art Gallery, 3625 Garretson Ave. A reception for the artists will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, in the art gallery.
The reception and exhibit are free and open to the public.
Featured artists will include John Bowitz, John Kolbo, Terri McGaffin, Dolie Thompson, Jim Bisenius, Doug Burg, Karen Emenhiser-Harris, Amy Foltz, Barry Lawrensen and Shannon Sargent. A rich variety of perspectives, artistic approaches and media will be seen in this exhibition.
The Eppley Art Gallery is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays or by appointment at 274-5229. The Helen Levitt Gallery, which is featuring Morningside’s collection of 20th century art, is open 1 to 5 p.m. weekdays or by appointment.
