 Molly Williams, professor of business administration and economics at Morningside College, recently earned certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
Williams, who teaches human resources management and employment law at Morningside, was awarded the certification by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). To become certified, Williams passed a comprehensive examination and demonstrated a strong background of professional human resource experience.
HRCI is the credentialing body for human resource professionals and is affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Williams joined the faculty at Morningside College in 1991. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a juris doctor degree from the University of South Dakota. Williams is a member of SHRM and the Siouxland Chapter of SHRM and serves as vice president of programming for the local group.
