Morningside College will host a panel discussion featuring four veterans from the war in Iraq on Thursday, Feb. 22, at 5:30 p.m. in Roadman Formal Lounge, 3600 Peters Avenue. The free event is sponsored by the Morningside Civic Union and is open to the public.
Guests on the panel include Spc. Brian Archer and Spc. Scott Krantz of Sioux City, Sgt. 1st Class Jody Hayes of Manilla, Iowa, all members of the Iowa Army National Guard; and Cpl. Pat Mounts of Lincoln, Neb., member of the United States Marine Corps. Panelists will discuss their varied experiences over the past several years while serving in the military during the war in Iraq. A question and answer period will follow.
