Karen Mackey, executive director of the Sioux City Human Rights Commission, will present “Human Rights in Siouxland” at Morningside College on Wednesday, March 15, at 11:45 a.m. in the UPS Auditorium of the Lincoln Center. The free event is part of Morningside’s Academic and Cultural Arts Series (ACAS) and is open to the public.
