Local artist to exhibit work at Morningside College

Sioux City artist Pauline Sensenig will present an exhibit of her recent work from Friday, Aug. 19, until Friday, Oct. 14, in the Hickman Johnson Furrow Learning Center, 1601 Morningside Ave., on the Morningside College campus.

“New Paintings by Pauline Sensenig” is a collection of expressive oil paintings featuring images of dresses that draw on the symbolic quality of apparel.

This exhibit will preview Sensenig’s work, which will be on display with paintings by Ann McTaggart in an exhibit titled “Symbols” in November at the Le Mars Arts Center in Le Mars, Iowa.
