Twenty-eight students graduated with bachelor’s degrees from Morningside College in July.
Kelli Johnson and Christopher Jones of Sioux City each received bachelor of arts degrees.
Others who received bachelor of arts degrees were: Tarah Devlin of Anthon, Iowa; Angela Nicodemus of Aurelia, Iowa; Scott Nielsen of Fremont, Neb.; John Page of Brookings, S.D.; David Price of Centerville, Iowa; Jacob Trettin of Grafton, Iowa; Tiffany Yenter of Eckley, Colo.; and Jerry Young of Sugar Land, Texas.
Michael Axelsen, Joshua Mahan, Michael McManigal, and Nabil Sorathia of Sioux City all received bachelor of science degrees.
Others who received bachelor of science degrees were: Cassandra Cheever of South Sioux City, Neb.; Tyler DeMaris of Saint Ansgar, Iowa; Joe Disalvo of Council Bluffs, Iowa; Derek Hill of Meriden, Iowa; Matthew Johnson of Council Bluffs, Iowa; Trisha Johnson of Salix, Iowa; Meredith Jorgensen of Le Mars, Iowa; David Manceaux of Omaha, Neb.; Annie McInnis of Omaha, Neb.; Lee Nichols of Harlingen, Texas; Christopher Rager of South Sioux City, Neb.; Sean Rud of Sioux Falls, S.D.; Marvin Stiebler of Magdeburg, Germany; and Kristen Westergaard of Mapleton, Iowa.
Jorgensen, Westergaard, and Yenter graduated Summa Cum Laude (with highest honor) for having a cumulative grade point average of 3.81 or higher.
Mahan, McInnis, and Stiebler graduated Magna Cum Laude (with great honor) for having a cumulative grade point average of 3.66 or higher.
Kelli Johnson graduated Cum Laude (with honor) for having a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher.
