Services Provided:
The Technology Services Center provides hardware and software support for college-issued computers. Several full-time staff along with student workers provide services to students, faculty and staff. A local authorized service provider handles hardware repairs on-site.
If your notebook computer cannot be repaired quickly, a replacement computer will be issued or a loaner computer will be made available.
If you are experiencing a software problem, the technicians will do their best to repair the problem. If resolution to the software problem cannot be accomplished, the option of reloading part of the software or a total re-image to restore the computer to its original configuration will be offered.
Note that Technology Services does not provide support for personally owned computers; only for college-issued computers.
