Fred is a Morningside graduate from the class of 1962. He is responsible for assisting alumni and friends in creating estate plans, including charitable gifts with minimal impact on family resources, to support the endowment and future needs of the college. He solicits gifts for the Annual Fund and capital campaigns, as well. Fred joined the college's admissions team in 1967 and later became Director of Admissions. In 1985, he became Director of Alumni Relations and since 1990, serves in his present position in gift planning. Fred is an active member and past president of the Planned Giving Council of Siouxland, the Siouxland Estate Planning Council, and his church where he serves on the Endowment Committee. |

Kari earned a bachelor’s degree
in
Corporate Communications from
Morningside College
in 2003, and
joined the Institutional Advancement team as a Regional Development
Officer. In 2006, she became the
Director of the
Annual Fund, and
since June of 2007, has served
as the Assistant Vice President for
Institutional Advancement – Annual
Fund. Kari went on to earn a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy from Bay Path College
in Long Meadow, MA. Kari coordinates the Annual Student Scholarship Fund,
and is a member of the
Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). |

Randy is a 1972 Morningside College graduate and returned
to campus after 29 years
in the private retail sector.
He began his Morningside College career in 2001 as director of the college bookstore. When the
"This is Our Moment" campaign was launched
in October 2004, he
joined the Institutional Advancement team as a Regional Development
Officer. In his current
position, he travels the
country reconnecting with alumni primarily from the 1960-1970’s, to support
Morningside College through annual giving, named annual
and endowed scholarships.

Molli graduated from Morningside College in 2003 with a degree in Elementary Education. After teaching for
3 years, she joined the Institutional Advancement Team in 2006 as a Regional Development Officer. Molli’s primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of the
Alumni and Friends Telethon.
She recruits, interviews, hires, and manages 30 student callers throughout the course of the academic year. In addition, she cultivates and engages donors
on an individual basis. Molli is
a member of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).

JJ earned her bachelor's
degree in Elementary Education from Morningside College in 2003. She decided
to change career paths in
2006 and joined the Institutional Advancement Team as a Regional Development Officer.
JJ's main responsibilities
are to increase alumni participation through
personal solicitations and
direct mail for through the Annual Fund. She is also responsible for athletic fundraising, which includes radio and athletic program
ads, game sponsorships
and VIP basketball seats.

Morningside College since August 1987. She is responsible for processing donations to Morningside, campaign reporting, donor scholarship maintenance
and is the liaison for
Institutional Advancement
to Morningside’s IT

Karen is a native to Sioux
City
and joined Morningside
College in June 2006. Prior
to 2006, she was employed
by Avnet Technology
Solutions
in Tempe,
Arizona
as the
Executive Assistant to the President. Her time at
Morningside is spent
assisting the Vice President
of Institutional Advancement
and supporting his staff.
She also assists the Director
of
Alumni Relations in
keeping connected
with
Morningside
College alumni, planning alumni events
and
alumni data-base content management.
