Dr. Kathleen (Smith) Kahn is a psychologist who lives in Morgantown, W. Va. She recently went into private practice in Christian counseling. She received a Ph.D in clinical psychology in 2000 from Pacific Graduate School of Psychology in Palo Alto, Calif.
1975
Denise Lacina received a Golden Dome Award from the state of Iowa in February 2008. Lacina, a case manager in Jasper County, has been employed with the Department of Human Services for the past 30 years. Her previous positions have included social worker II, Emmet County homemaker supervisor and Emmet County director.

Dr. Daniel Frazier is superintendent of Sioux Central schools in Sioux Rapids, Iowa. He received a doctorate in education from the University of Nebraska-Omaha (UNO) in May 2008. UNO only awarded two education doctorates this spring, and both were awarded to Morningside College graduates. The other Morningsider to receive a doctorate was Dr. Anthony Dancer 1992, who is a middle school principal in Ralston, Neb.
1986
Lance Lund has been teaching chemistry at Anoka-Ramsey Community College in Coon Rapids, Minn., for the past 16 years. He was elected to serve as chair-elect in 2009 and chair in 2010 for the Two-Year College Chemistry Consortium.

1992
Dr. Anthony Dancer is a middle school principal in Ralston, Neb. He received a doctorate in education from the University of Nebraska-Omaha (UNO) in May 2008. UNO only awarded two education doctorates this spring, and both were awarded to Morningside College graduates. The other Morningsider to receive a doctorate was Dr. Daniel Frazier 1980, who is superintendent of Sioux Central schools in Sioux Rapids, Iowa.

Jodi (Clay) Mollet received a master's degree in educational leadership from Southwest Minnesota State University in May 2008. She is a special education instructor at Sioux City East Middle School.
1998
Lt. Col. Kevin Lindsay has been an assistant professor of military science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln since 2001. He was deployed on a combat tour to Afghanistan as deputy commander of Task Force 168, an air assault infantry task force of more than 800 men, and was awarded the Bronze Star. He is on the second mobilization and has been selected to be a tactics instructor at the Army's Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kan.

(Malibu) Kelly Boyce received a master's degree from the Liberal Studies: Islamic Studies program at Columbia University in New York in May 2008. She is now the program assistant for the Ph.D. dean in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at Columbia University.
Andrew McGinn is an entertainment reporter and columnist for the Springfield News-Sun in Ohio and a freelance entertainment reporter for USA Today. He was named best videographer in Ohio for his video work on SpringfieldNewsSun.com and placed second in feature writing in the annual Associated Press Society of Ohio newspaper contest. |
