A much needed touch up
In a residential college like Morningside, the center of student life is the residence hall. Residence halls are small communities, where students form supportive relationships and learn to live and work together toward common goals.
Dimmitt Hall is the oldest and largest residence hall on campus. Nearly a quarter of the student body lives there, and most of the residents are first-year students. The nearly 85-year old residence hall sorely needs improvements to its infrastructure and physical appearance to improve the residential experience for Morningside’s student body. Morningside will transform Dimmitt into a true living and learning center.
