| Morningside Connections
Grants
Morningside Connections Grants are based upon your connection
with the United Methodist Church and/or your connection to Morningside
College through a parent or grandparent who is an alumnus/a of
Morningside College. These awards are up to $8,000 ($1,000 for
each connection and up to $2,000 each year for four years). You
will automatically be considered for this award if you have indicated
your connections on the Application for Admission and are enrolled full time.
Morningside Travel Grants
Full time U.S. students who visit the campus from outside the state of Iowa
are eligible for the $8,000 Travel Grant ($2,000 each year for
four years). This grant is contingent upon an official visit to
the Morningside campus.
Alumni Endorsement Grant
Alumni endorsement counts for full time students at Morningside College. Alumni referrals
are one of our best sources of locating bright, talented high
school students. These deserving student(s) will receive the added
benefit of a $500 grant that is renewable for up to four years.
Alumni, simply provide the
name and address of any individual you think would benefit
from our educational experience. We will send the appropriate
publications and admission materials. You may recommend
as many students as you wish. If you would prefer a hard
copy of the form or if you have any questions regarding
the Morningside College Alumni Endorsement Grant program,

Chamber Grant
Morningside College has established an annual scholarship program
for members of the Siouxland Chamber. The college will offer
a $500 renewable scholarship to the employee, spouse, or dependent
child of any member of the Siouxland Chamber who begins first-time,
fulltime enrollment at Morningside College in the spring
or fall of 2008.
