Education: Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications and Business Administration, Morningside College

Recruitment Area: I recruit students from west central Iowa, south of Highway 20, and west of I-35. I also recruit students from the southeastern states.

What I like about my job: I like the fact that I have the opportunity to help students and families discover the right "fit" in a college choice. As a first generation college student, I found the college selection process could be a very intimidating process. From that experience, I really enjoy being able to go on that journey with students and families and act as a guide, mentor and information source to help them find the right place for them. This is an exciting time in a young person's life and I am glad that I am able to make a difference!

What I look for in a student: I think Morningside is a great fit for a number of different students. That's what is so awesome about this place! You can be a student-athlete, a music student, a theatre star, or just someone that is looking forward to making the transition from high school to college. Morningside can definitely meet the needs of so many students.

Hobbies: I love to spend time with my family and friends. I also enjoy sports - I love to watch and play whenever I have the chance!
