Recruitment Area: I recruit students from southern Iowa, everything below I-80, Des Moines, and all states except Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois.

What I like about my job: What I like best about being an Admissions Counselor at Morningside College is working in such a great environment. There's nothing better than working where there's always something new and exciting going on, and being surrounded everyday by the great faculty, staff, and students that make up Morningside.

What I look for in a student: I look for someone who is excited about their future; someone who is interested in making new friends, enjoying new experiences, and getting an education that they can build a life around.

Hobbies: I love baseball and hockey. My favorite teams are the Seattle Mariners and the Pittsburgh Penguins. You can often find me at the Tyson Event Center when the Sioux City Musketeers are in town, and when I'm not hanging out with friends I like to draw, read, and study the history of World Wars I and II.
