- The Registrar's
Office assists students in the following ways:
- Register for class; add/drop courses
- Put together the course schedule books for all semesters
and summer sessions
- Send out final grade reports
- Complete deferment papers for student loans (AEA students
are not eligible for loan deferments)
- Keep progress charts for all students
- Degree audits for those students who are planning to graduate
- Change advisors at the department chairs' request
- Change and/or add majors and minors at the students' request
- Change addresses and/or names
- Record grades for graduate credit delivered by AEA
- Process transcript requests
- Paperwork for those students receiving veteran benefits
- Administer CLEP examinations for current Morningside students
